Pursuant to Section 1, subsection 2, and Section 12, subsection 3, of the Dogs Act, cf. Consolidation Act No. 380 of 26 June 1969, it is hereby determined:
§ 1. According to the Dog Act, every dog from the age of 4 months must wear a collar with a tag.
§ 2. The tag must be made of stainless metal or other material of equivalent strength and durability. The tag must be securely attached to the collar.
Paragraph 2. The name and full address of the owner must be indicated in easily legible letters that must be at least 2 mm high. The letters must be applied to the sign by embossing, engraving or another equally durable method.
§ 3. Violation of Section 2 is punishable by a fine.
§ 4. The order comes into force on 1 January 1970.
